New release day is my favorite day of the week. I mean, we get new books, what else could a bibliophile want?!

So, in honor of this glorious holiday we get to celebrate each week, I thought I would share some books that I’m excited about that are being released today, March 20th, 2018.

First up is The Astonishing Color of After by Emily X.R. Pan. You guys, if you didn’t get a chance to read an ARC of this book, you absolutely need to pick it up now. It explores loss, love, and finding yourself in such a beautiful and magical way. I just cannot say enough great things about this book.

Next, I’m SO EXCITED that The Heart Forger by Rin Chupeco is out in the world! I adored the world of The Bone Witch so much. It is dark and told through two different points of view, at different points in the timeline of the main character, Tea’s, journey to become an Asha. I’m currently finishing up my reread of the first book so my memory was fresh and ready to jump straight in to The Heart Forger!

Orphan Monster Spy by Matt Killeen is also out today and I’ll be participating in the blog tour, so watch for that post tomorrow! This was such an intense and interesting story, so if you like historical fiction and YA, definitely pick this one up!

Deranged Angels and Cannibal Hearts is the third book in Martina McAtee’s Dead Things series and is also being released today! It is a paranormal romance with incredibly gorgeous covers and a fandom that is one of my favorite little corners of the internet. Once you read these books and connect with the characters, you’ll definitely want to join Martina’s Facebook group and fangirl/fanboy your heart out!

Tyler Johnson Was Here by Jay Coles is a YA contemporary book out today. I was not able to snag an ARC of this one, but you can bet I’ll be reading it soon. Not only do I love the cover on this book so much, but the story sounds so intriguing and I basically, I just need to read it!
