Beat the Backlist 2019

Happy 2019 everyone! This year, in order to try and manage my TBR (a bit), I’ll be participating in NovelKnight’s Beat the Backlist Challenge! The rules of this challenge are simple, books must be read from start to finish in 2019 and your chosen books must have been published in 2018 or earlier.  All info can be find on the NovelKnight blog, here.

My Beat the Backlist Challenge TBR

  • Renegades by Marissa Meyer
  • Archenemies by Marissa Meyer
  • Shadowsong by S. Jae Jones
  • Our Dark Duet by Victoria Shwab
  • Two Dark Reigns by Kendare Blake
  • Dreamer by L.E. DeLano
  • Muse of Nightmares by Laini Taylor
  • Air Awakens by Elise Kova
  • Eliza and Her Monsters by Francesca Zappia
  • Smoke in the Sun by Renée Ahdieh
  • Before She Ignites by Jodi Meadows
  • As She Ascends by Jodi Meadows
  • Invictus by Ryan Graudin (I had to add one extra..)

I chose 12 books for this challenge. My plan is to read ONE of these books each month. I think this will be manageable alongside my reviewing TBR, at least that’s what I’m hoping!

Will you be participating in this challenge, or another reading challenge for 2019? Tell me about it in the comments below!
